Government Engagement
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is formally signed with the Government of Cameroon through the Ministry of Water and Energy, marking official national support for the project.
Preliminary Designs Delivered
The team submits the Preliminary Design Study (APS), outlining the early technical and structural models for the hydropower development.
Technical Validation
Sectoral government departments review and approve the APS report, confirming the project’s technical viability and readiness for the next phase.
2025
Strategic Approvals & Preparations
The Government authorizes the signing of the Framework Agreement, advancing the project toward full feasibility.
Key technical partnerships are reinforced with FICHTNER, IRGM, LABOGENIE, and SONATREL.
Hydrological monitoring instruments are acquired and prepared for installation.
Feasibility and detailed engineering studies are programmed to commence during the dry season.
Feasibility Completion & Construction Start
